he range of products, initially only specialized on motors vehicles, is now getting to the field of the heavy traffic.

At present Agla has got cutting presses with a power between 30 and 800 tons and of 14 rolling and turning islands; furthermore it is implementing a completely automatic line for the roll processing.

Agla is able to produce pulleys up to

      • a diameter between 50 and 250 mm
      • 10 throats
      • a material thickness between 2,5 and I 6 mm

made of from materials as steel, aluminium and plastic.

All the equipments connected to the rolling workings are of exclusive Agla planning, development and construction. Thanks to its own studies, actually, the product design team has obtained various patents that form a valid basis for a solid and satisfactory cohoperation with Customers.

In order to answer to the more and more pressing demands of our Customers, production has now reached such a productive phases to get the satisfaction of all customer requirement, up to 100% control.

At the end of 2006 Agla obtained certification ISO TS 16949; prerogative for the satisfaction of all our customers and motivating force of a process of constant optimisation.

Therefore Agla company is a qualified partner for the field of the automotive.

Automatisation of AGLA production allows a continuous increase in the development and in the production in order to reduce terms and costs and to reinforce its own position in the market. For 2007 is previewed an increase of the invoiced of 13%, thanks to the production of new articles for existing customers and to the insertion of new customers.
